R stands for Recycling

but also rethinking, remaking, reusing, and reinventing. It stands for looking at things in a different way. It stands for reacting to a problem that is present in our everyday lives, where we throw away things and people like they don’t matter. It stands for reassuring, making people understand that every little change is good and that nobody can do everything but everyone can do something. It stands for right now, because that is the best time for this change to happen.

E stands for Educate

but also elevate equality and empathy. We believe that everyone would make a change but it is hard to know where to start. We believe that the world often makes us feel small and insignificant but you matter, we all do. We want to encourage you to step up, look at yourself in the mirror and understand that you are important. We believe that every person deserves to be seen and that everyone has something unique to give. Every piece of the jigsaw puzzle is essential for the bigger picture.

D stands for Develop

but also dare dynamic and dreams. We believe that by looking at the individual we can provide a place where they can grow and shine. We want to be a flexible place where individuals are allowed to dream, and where the impossible is possible. Where the core is stable but the rest is flexible and adapts to the individuals inside.

O stands for Organise

but also optimism and opportunity. We want to organise events and provide a place where jumble sales, creative workshops or fashion shows can happen. We want to offer a place for small businesses to show what they do, help them in any way we can, because we believe that local matters. We want to take away the “what’s in it for me” and show people that helping should be natural. It is our world, our Norfolk, our community.
